4. Big color difference between item received and picture.

Free return: for other product complaint,you can get refund before the complaint products return to us,we offer pick up service.

1. Please contact Customer Service (service@lingeriedealy.com) on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to refund and the reason within 15 days after you receive your package.

2. After receiving the refund request,our customer service will reply you, please cooperate their instruction,they will offer you the refund solution.

3. Refund will be processed within 72 hours on working days, after receiving customer bank account information . We will transfer to your account or refund in coupon code format.
